Exchange Surcharges

All our prices include the exchange surcharge where applicable. The good news is that if an exchange surcharge is shown, you can get this money back by sending us your old unit when you have purchased a replacement from us. All products listed are sold from stock so there is no need to send us your old unit before purchasing a new one.

Simple send your old unit to us (quoting your original order reference number) once you have fitted the new unit. We'll then send you a cheque for the surcharge amount.

Please try to send us complete units. They should include all the parts you receive in the reconditioned unit so that we can recondition your old unit to keep another customer's car on the road! Failure to send complete units may mean a reduction in the amount of surcharge we pay, but we'll contact you about any problems in the first instance.
